(log package & roof system)

Includes full log exterior walls, precisely milled pre-cut and notched, pre-drilled for Thru-Bolt assembly, including all openings, numbered for assembly and pretreated; five complete sets of blueprints and log placement diagrams; our comprehensive, illustrated construction manual; professional on-site technical assistance and instruction; exterior wood treatment (WoodGuard®); all sealant materials.
2. Therma-Tru® Fiber-Classic raised panel or French style exterior doors - Lifetime Structural Warranty, high insulation value (as high as R13).
3. Windows - solid wood, double hung tilt to clean, double pane, Low-E, insulated glass with snap-out colonial grilles and full screens (all fixed glass must be supplied by owner). Optional Norco® aluminum-clad window upgrade available.
4. Exclusive Log-Loc® spline and Jamb System (T-Jambs) interfacing windows and doors to log walls.
5. 4"x8" Exposed second floor joists.

Round Timber Roof Upgrade

• Upgrades square timber roof to full-round machined smooth timbers with flat bearing surfaces for second floor joists, roof rafters, collar ties and porch rafters throughout for the massive architectural look.
• Upgrades 1"x6" exposed ceilings to 2"x6" tounge and groove.
