It has been a long time dream of ours to live in a Log Cabin. After many years of research, planning and saving we were ready to go. All we needed to do was finalize our decision on which log home company we would deal with.

From our first meeting we knew that Janet and Roland Newell were the representatives for us. Janet and Roland were so patient with us. They never rushed us into making any decisions. At each turn along the way they used their experience and love for log homes to guided us toward our dream.

We chose Heritage Log Home Systems because of the unique design features. The through bolt system, the tongue and grove interlocking and the pre-drilled holes for wiring were very attractive to us. Heritage has many different floor plans. We selected the Cedar Ridge layout. It had all of the design elements we were looking for. With the help of Janet and Roland we made a few minor changes and then placed our order.

Our log home was delivered in April of 1998. Janet and Roland were by our sides the day the kit was delivered. They helped us with the unloading process, inventory and storage of the materials. When it came time to lay the first course of logs Roland was right there helping us. The support we received from Abbie Lane Hertage Log Homes Sales, Inc. continued on for the next 17 months. With each milestone Janet and Roland were there for us.

We are very happy that we made the decision to purchase our log home from Abbie Lane Hertage Log Homes Sales, Inc. The Newell's have a passion for this business and the technical knowledge to make dreams become reality. With their help and guidance we come home every day to our dream home.
